I'm Gautham. I got my start in inventory control and order management with the Singapore Armed Forces, then spent years running freight forwarding and third-party logistics operations across Europe and Asia.

Along the way, I managed multimillion-euro warehouse operations for global brands, built end-to-end KPI dashboards for multinational manufacturers, and led commercial functions covering pricing, P&L, SLA management, and procurement.
